Citizen Arms
Occasionally, I have firearms for sale, most being non-Citizen Arms handguns, but with an occasional long-gun. All firearm sales are conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
All firearms must be shipped to an FFL in the buyer’s state of legal residence, without exception. Buyers must provide FFL contact info to Citizen Arms and are responsible for coordinating the transfer through their local FFL prior to shipment.

Unless listed as “new in box”, all firearms advertised here are used, have been inspected, test fired and cleaned.
No firearm sales outside of the United States. Major credit cards (only) accepted for payment. Handguns ship via USPS Priority/Insured at a flat rate of $45.00, within the continental U.S., and will be added to the prices listed below. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs for rifles are dependent on the item and destination zip code. Add 7% sales tax for NC residents. Inventory and prices are subject to change without notice.
As a rule, firearms shown with magazine capacities over 10 rounds cannot be shipped to restricted states, such as CA, CT, HI, MD, NJ, NY, RI, WA & the District of Columbia. Buyer is responsible for checking local and state laws prior to purchase. Before ordering, handgun buyers in restrictive states should verify that the item is on their current state roster, if any exists. Examples: CA approved roster , MD approved roster, MA approved roster. There may be other states or municipalities with restrictions, such as erroneously-named “Assault Weapon” laws, so buyers are responsible for checking their states for updates prior to purchase. If in doubt, verify the make and model shown here with your state’s firearms authority before ordering.

CZ 83, .380 ACP, DA/SA auto. [Item# HG2309CZ83]: Used, surplus police trade-in. Good condition, as seen in pictures. Ambi de-cocking lever and ambi mag release. Taurus Model 82S, .38 Special, DA/SA revolver. [Item# HG2310T82S]: Used, surplus police trade-in. 4″ barrel, fixed groove rear sight, shrouded ejector, color case-hardened trigger & hammer, factory wood grips. A very solid and easy-to-shoot pistol. Some holster wear near muzzle and along sides (see pictures), but bluing and functional conditions remain very good. Star BM, 9x19mm, SAO auto. [Item# HG2311SBM]. High quality, Spanish-made surplus/LE trade-in pistol. Has handling marks and moderate holster wear. Blued finish is mostly intact (see pictures). This is a very low recoiling, accurate pistol. It’s been test fired with and without the magazine disconnect safety installed (will be re-installed prior to shipment).
